Internal cooking Competition was organised for all the students of SCHMTT where they prepared dishes as per their creativity and innovation. They made world wide dishes from Italy, China, Europe, Pan Asian etc. They even came up with great presentation techniques like Chocolate soil, edible flowers, honeycomb tuille, meringue pavlova etc. They went back home very motivated and enthusiastic with a positive competitive spirit.
